According to the World Economic Forum, resilience, adaptability, and analytical thinking rank among the top three leadership competencies required for the next decade. Duarte Camacho aligns with this perspective, asserting that leadership capability must expand in parallel with technological advancement.

PwC’s Global CEO Survey reveals that 40% of CEOs believe their current business model will not remain viable within ten years without significant leadership-driven change.
